We just wanted to send you an email to say thank you so much for the cake. It was fantastic and just what we wanted. Everyone was so surprised when it was cut up and you could see just how bright the rainbow colours were, it tasted so good! There was lots of happy faces, the old and the young! Just a quick note to say thanks so much for the wonderful cake you created for James’s celebration. Everyone who saw it was amazed at the attention to detail and colourful parts including trees, clouds and train tracks. James himself was amazed and said it was so nice he said it would be a shame to cut it up. When he did though everyone had a slice and again comments of how moist and tasty it was.
